SCORE Counseling Services

We offer entrepreneurs, which are either launching a start-up or growing an existing business, no-charge face-to-face counseling by men and women who have had successful careers as executives or business owners. Your counselors meet with you personally, confidentially and as frequently as necessary to define and analyze your opportunities; then help you find the solutions. These sessions will typically be scheduled for an hour at one of our sixteen locations in the Orange County area.

Email counseling is a great source for anyone to receive free, confidential, quick (48 hour turnaround) and convenient answers to your specific business questions. SCORE’s national network of over 1,200 email counselors are ready to assist you. This no cost service is available for executives of existing businesses that desire ongoing business advice or mentoring. An advisor will be assigned to you by matching their background to your industry and your most significant business opportunities. Your advisor will complement their experience with other chapter counselors as needed. You will meet with your advisor at your office (or a mutually agreed location) as often as needed whether that is weekly, monthly or quarterly.

The SCORE CEO Forum is an opportunity for business leaders to rise above the day-to-day issues and address the strategic issues and opportunities facing their businesses. The Forums are peer-to-peer membership groups for business owners and CEO’s of existing small to mid-size businesses. Members meet once a month in individual groups of 10 - 14 executives from non-competing businesses for a half day session. The meetings include both moderated problem solving as well as workshops led by expert outside speakers.
